A: Due to current law, a legitimate credit repair organization is prohibited from making guarantees.  We are fully aware that many other companies make outrageous claims or promises, and many of those companies are under investigation.  IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO KNOW that real credit repair is a SERVICE (we educate you about the system, draft dispute letters for you and/or help re-establish credit).  Also, a credit repair service should also guide you on how to re-establish or rebuild your credit!  True credit repair is an evolving process.  Our SERVICE may include any of the following:  consultation, credit report evaluation, dispute letter preparation, account validation letters and/or credit re-establishment techniques; and because of current law, we, or ANYONE, is prohibited from guaranteeing any particular credit report outcome or credit improvement.  NO ONE, including CREDITedit, LLC, can promise or guarantee any particular standard of credit improvement, modification or results. 
NO ONE (not even a lawyer) can guarantee your credit will be "fixed" or "perfect" even after any credit repair service or even if you did your own credit repair.  We are not in business to make such illegal guarantees.  We are in business to discuss your credit reports and to prepare the appropriate credit bureau or creditor dispute letters on your behalf.  You pay us for our time, resources, experience, knowledge and/or document preparation only.  We do not claim that we may, can or will "improve" or "substantially improve" your credit reports and/or credit score.  In short, we act as your knowledgeable executive secretary if you do not want to do your own credit repair.
Just as a lawyer could never guarantee that a judge or jury would rule in a client's favor, so goes it with credit restoration services.  Many consumers get excited about credit services, but then in a few days decided they want to service their own credit reports.  For this reason, our Service Contract affords you Notices of Cancellation that allow you to cancel your Contract with us within three (3) business days ("cooling-off period") from your signing without any obligation!
Remember that items can't just disappear from credit reports; HOWEVER, according to The Fair Credit Reporting Act, information on a credit report that is found to be unfair, incomplete, inaccurate, unverifiable and/or obsolete - through legal procedure - shall be deleted promptly!  It is illegal to guarantee what items from your credit report can be deleted or revised, or how your credit score will vary -- if anyone does promise that -- it may be a scam.  In short,  CREDITedit, LLC makes NO GUARANTEES & NO WARRANTIES.
